A Virundum is changing a part of a song lyrics for words that sound similar but have no relationship with the original words, resulting in extrange and funny meanings.

The word "Virundum" was originated in a mistake that many Brazilian people make with their national anthem: "Ouviram do Ipiranga..." turns into "O Virundum piranga..."
